To melt feta cheese: Place feta cheese on top of pita as it toasts/warms in toaster oven.
Ingredients
- • Chicken breasts, chicken tenders
- • Pita bread
- • Hummus
- • Baby spinach
- • Feta cheese
Instructions
- Cook chicken breasts or tenders either in oven or grill
- Lightly toast or warm pita bread
- Spread your choice of hummus on pita bread
- Add a few thinly cut slabs of feta cheese on top of hummus
- Stuff a handful of spinach over the hummus and feta
- Layer desired amount of chicken on top
- Fold and enjoy!
