Asking Santa for organizing products might not be your idea of super glamorous gifts, but later in the year, you’ll be glad you kept them on your list. Christmastime is a merry and bright, yes, but it’s also hectic and messy. That’s why it’s important to stay organized.
Here are 5 items to keep your life in order:
Rubber Bin
Store your decorations in color-coordinated rubber bins. I keep my Christmas decorations in red and green bins, Halloween decorations in black and orange bins, and spring decorations in white bins for easy find and store. And remember, less is more even when it comes to decorations. I try to keep my Halloween and Christmas decorations to a two bin maximum. Simple outdoor lights, a wreath, a minimally decorated tree, and some festive candles make it in the bin.
Jewelry Box
When you’re fastening earrings and clasping necklaces as you get ready for the next party, make sure you’ve got some place to store them. The Container Store has tons of great storage solutions for your jewelry, including stackable jewelry boxes.
Tie & Belt Rack
Keep ties organized using this tie and belt rack. I like to organize ties by color. ROYGBIV everyone!
Folding Trunk Organizer
When you’re dashing to and from parties and holiday dinners, it’s a good idea to have a car trunk organizer to keep items from slippin’ and slidin’. Also a good idea to have emergency items on hand, like flashlights, water bottles, and blankets in case of a blizzard!
Hanging Wreath Storage Bag
When it’s time to put away your decorations, including your faux Christmas wreath, this hanging storage bag is a great idea to keep your wreaths and garlands in perfect condition for as long as possible.
