Simple & Delicious Mediterranean Chicken Pita
• Chicken breasts, chicken tenders
• Pita bread
• Baby spinach
• Feta cheese
Cook chicken breasts or tenders either in oven or grill
Lightly toast or warm pita bread
Spread your choice of hummus on pita bread
Add a few thinly cut slabs of feta cheese on top of hummus
Stuff a handful of spinach over the hummus and feta
Layer desired amount of chicken on top
Fold and enjoy!
To melt feta cheese:
Place feta cheese on top of pita as it toasts/warms in toaster oven.
